  Shipping:

Jazzbrdige ships anywhere in the United States and around the world. USPS media mail (5-10 business days or more) is our standard domestic shipping method. Items usually ship within 24 to 72 hours of the submission of your order except weekends and holidays; all backordered items will ship when the item comes into stock.

Standard Shipping Rates:

  • Economic - Standard Domestic Media Mail (USA): $2.50 handling fee per order. Rates of more then 1 CD:
  • 2-4 CDs 5.00 USD
  • 5-10 CDs 7.50 USD
  • 11-15 CDs 10.00 USD
  • Express - Domestic (USA): 1-2 CDS - $6.00 handling fee per order. Rates of more then 2 CD:
  • 3-6 CDs 8.00 USD
  • 7-10 CDs 10.00 USD
  • 11-15 CDs 12.50 USD
  • Economic - International Mail : 1-10 CDS $13.00 handling fee per order. Rates of more then 10 CD:
  • 11-16 CDs 42.00 USD
  • Express - International: 1-2 CDS - $30.00 handling fee per order. Rates of more then 2 CD:
  • 3-4 CDs 40.00 USD
  • 5-8 CDs 50.00 USD
  • 9-12 CDs 60.00 USD

If after 20 business days (6 weeks if international order) your shipment has not arrived, please contact our customer service department. Shipping delays may occur over observed holidays. Oversize shipments may be subject to additional charges. Djangos.com reserves the right to change the handling fee/shipping rate at any time.

   Returns:

We do not accept returns of: - Any product(s) returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Any product(s) that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
  • Any product(s) not in its original condition, is damaged, played, or is missing parts. 
  • All returns must have a return sticker and qualified reason for return enclosed with package 
  • Certain returned items may be charged a restocking fee. 
  • Cracked jewel cases will be replaced - email: info@Jazzbridge.com

Please do not send us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and cannot return the items to you. To return a product: - Complete the return authorization form (click here) - If you have any questions before you make your return, send an email to us or call us at (702) 553-1757 .

Our customer service center is open from 7am to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday. - It may take up to 2 - 3 weeks to process a return upon receipt of the return, as we will try our best to fulfil the replacement product. Promotional Discounts and Returns: - Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional code, discount or offer, you will not be refunded for the amount of the code, discount or offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
